Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 3:00 pm (Manila time) are processed on the same day, while orders received after 3:00 pm are processed on the next business day.
Products sold at www.abenson.com.ph are normally available for consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available or if the item has already been phased out, as the case may be.
The customer has the option to put the order on “pending status” and wait for the items to become available, or have the order cancelled and the customer will not be charged for the order.
If the order is approved, the customer will be notified via email at the email address provided when the order was placed online.

Approved orders are delivered or shipped through any of Abenson's delivery network or myRegalo.com's authorized courier service agents, namely, Aboitiz 2Go, Air 21, and DHL. These authorized couriers reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners.
Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was processed and approved. Orders for delivery within Metro Manila will be delivered 5-7 working days from the approval date of the order. Orders to be delivered to a provincial destination within the Philippines will take 9-12 working days from the approval date to be delivered.
Abenson does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier. However, Abenson shall properly coordinate with its authorized courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.
Orders to be shipped within the Philippines
Abenson shall handle the delivery and shipment of orders as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Other destinations not covered by Abenson's delivery network shall be handled by myRegalo.com's authorized courier service agents. Prices on www.abenson.com.ph are subject to change without prior notice. This may be due to the fact that actual store prices change as a consequence of supplier price changes or due to current market situations. The customer will be duly notified via email regarding the new price of the item purchased, and the customer has the option to push through with the order (under the current price), or cancel the order with no charge at all.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return an item, kindly send us an email at
firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days upon receipt of merchandise. A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.
Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase price, together with a photocopy of the delivery receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Abenson may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.
